First Sundays for Families – Circle of Friends
Sunday, April 7, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Bring a friend and come to the Brandywine for a day of creative photobooth fun, art-making activities and new ways to experience works of art through seek and find challenges in the galleries. At 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., internationally acclaimed storyteller TAHIRA will perform stories and songs of friendship. TAHIRA’s high-energy performances delight listeners of all ages. She had the prestigious honor of representing the National Association of Black Storytellers, Inc. at the internationally acclaimed festival, PANAFEST, in Ghana, West Africa.
First Sundays for Families at the Museum presents free, hands-on workshops designed to engage visitors of all ages in creative art activities and performances. Events run 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with free admission all day.
Summer Camp: Look, Discover, Make!
Daily, July 29–August 2, 2019, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
This inspirational and fun summer camp offers youth ages 9-14 a week-long immersion into the Museum’s outstanding art collection and nature-rich campus. Campers will become makers, learning innovative hands-on techniques for expressing themselves through art. The week culminates with an art show for family and friends. Supplies are included. We hope you can join us!
Stroller Tour

All Aboard! Join in an exclusive, behind-the-scenes visit with the Brandywine Railroad. Discover This guided tour is designed especially for adults accompanied by babies. Enjoy a relaxed morning out with your little one while engaging with art in the galleries.
