February is the shortest month, but for families it can feel long with cold weather and the "stuck inside winter blahs." West Chester Public Library is challenging families to embrace the outdoors and try some fun winter activities this month! Children who complete 10 or more of the activities can collect a Hot Cocoa Kit prize at the library.
