Uplink Studios to Host 24-Hour Gaming Event to Benefit CHOP

January 16, 2023

Uplink Studios, located at Ludwig’s Corner in Glenmoore, PA will be hosting their 2nd annual 24 hour charity event to benefit Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) on January 21 -22, 2023.  Last year, the kids at Uplink Studios raised over $5,700 for CHOP and this year they hope to raise $10,000!  The event is run in coordination with Extra Life (www.extra-life.org), a part of the Children’s Miracle Network.  Representatives from CHOP will be in attendance for the event as well.

The 24 hour event starts at noon on Saturday, January 21 and ends the following day at noon.  Parents can sign up their children to come game at Uplink for just $10/hour with all proceeds going to CHOP.  They even have parents coming in the middle of the night to game with their kids.

This year, Uplink went all out for the event adding a 24-hour live stream to be run and managed by the kids as well as overnight activities and business sponsors, in addition to the 24 Hours of Daytona road race that the team competed in last year.
