Toddler Time: An open gym format for parent and child to explore the gym, crawl, walk, and have fun on our equipment and airbags. Ages crawling to walking. A toddler time open gym punch card can be purchased on our Synergy Gymnastics App, and never expires!
Mondays and Wednesday - 9am
Mini G’s: Our Mini G’s class is for boys and girls in preschool, ages 3 and 4. During this 45 minute class children will learn functional movement patterns, motor skills and following directions. Training time will include our preschool set of bars, low beams, colorful cones, hoops, bean bags, obstacle courses, and trampolines!
