At Time To Leap, we believe every child is born with an innate love of dance! We at TTL nurture that love, bringing out the best of each child! We provide a family-friendly environment that supports each individual, and we create a positive learning experience for everyone! Our upcoming 2026-27 season begins Monday, Sept 14th!
TTL is currently taking new registrations for dancers ages 2 through 5. Two year olds can enjoy time with Mom, Dad or a special grown up in our Parent/Child classes. With the use of props, teddy bears, parachutes and storytelling, we help develop the child’s gross motor skills, creativity, confidence and more! Each dance that is done in class time has a specific developmental purpose in a curriculum that has been developed over 40 years of teaching experience.
We also have Pre-dance classes for 3- and 4-year-olds, and Kinderdance for children in Kindergarten and 1st grade. These combo classes offer children an introduction to basic pre-ballet and tap skills, proper stretching techniques, musicality, creativity, classroom protocol and more. Encouraging young dancers to try a variety of styles helps them become more capable and expressive, in and out of the dance classroom.
With 5 working classrooms, and a fully trained staff, we can keep class sizes small, yet we are able to continue to add new classes as growth requires.
As a school, we have a full year curriculum which builds on itself for growth and progress, so that the young dancer will continue to develop, rather than starting over every 6-8 weeks. However, we do know things change with families, so we do offer flexibility with commitment. Families can explore different options for creating “sessions”. We also offer a free trial class before committing.
