1st Start Lacrosse is for boys and girls ages 3-6 who want to learn the game in a fun and structured environment. My main goal is always to make sure that my players 1st Start at lacrosse is a fun and positive experience. At 1st Start we only use lacrosse sticks and soft balls at our sessions, no equipment! We learn a different skill each week and we play a ton of fun games and drills to keep our players active.
