Kimberton Waldorf Summer Camp offers a traditional day camp experience while maintaining the essence of Waldorf education. Led by Waldorf educators and alumni, it offers a nurturing, structured, yet relaxed environment. Splash and play in French Creek, learning firsthand about our ecosystem each day. Delve into art like tie-dye, painting, and nature-based crafts. Get moving during collaborative and friendly field day activities. Keep your mind in motion over the summer by staying for afternoon story time in our library and enjoying classical concerts at lunchtime, and enjoy healthy snacks each day. Whether your child joins us for one week or the entire summer, expect days filled with adventure and creativity. 

For children ages 4 through 12 (rising Kindergarten through 6th grades). Full and half-day options available for Pre-K and Kindergarten.

Take your summer to new heights with PRG Summer Camps! Join us in our traditional in house Discovery Camp or get outside with our popular Camp Real Rock, now with even more weeks by popular demand! No experience is required.

Summer Discovery at Newlin Grist Mill offers history- and nature-based experiences in an engaging, inclusive, outdoor environment for children ages 4-12. Campers share unique experiences that connect and expand their interactions with each other and their community. Summer Discovery is the place where learning is fun!

Camp runs from 8:30am to 12:30 pm on the dates below.

2024 Summer Discovery Camps:
 - June 24-28 – “Habitat Helpers”
 - July 8-12 – “Early American Kids”
 - July 22-26 – “Wings & Things”

Cost: $225 per camper per week for Newlin Grist Mill members, $275 for non-members.
