The American Helicopter Museum and Education Center has four great summer programs for 2025. These programs are for ages 6-12 and run from 10 - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

We also offer aftercare from 3-5 p.m. Join us for four different themed experiences:  The Science of Flight (includes a helicopter ride), Tinkering Week, MessFest Week, and STEAM Week (Girls only). Book more than one week and save! Check out our website for details!

Benchmark Camp, located in Media, PA, combines academics and recreation to create a transformational summer experience for children in rising grades 1-6. In addition to being super fun, Benchmark Camp builds childrens’ executive function skills, self-esteem, and confidence and is especially beneficial for bright students with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences. Benchmark Camp offers full day, half day, and language arts only options, with optional after care, hot lunch, and math tutoring.

Brandywine Red Clay Alliance (BRC) is your local leader in environmental education, watershed conservation and land preservation.  Our mission is to promote the restoration, conservation and enjoyment of natural resources of the Brandywine and Red Clay Watersheds through education, scientific activities, environmental stewardship and advocacy.

At camp we unplug from modern day technology and spend our days finding frogs and insects in the pond, building forts in the forest, learning wilderness survival skills and experiencing water sports and adventurous treks.

We offer 8 themed weeks of camp for campers ages 4 - 15.  All camps are full day (9 - 3) and we offer before and after care as well.

Nestled in the rolling hills of beautiful Chester County and surrounded by forest and field, Natural Lands' ChesLen Preserve offers the perfect setting for Camp Wonderkin - a nature based STEAM camp designed for age 5-11 and led by owner and lead teacher Cate Liguori. 

Each day of this unique camp experience will focus on various concepts of the STEAM acronym - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. We will be studying soil and stream, monitoring blue bird activity, building leaf robots, experimenting with flora and fauna potions, painting with trees and grasses,  and creating mixed media wild wands.  Children will also have the opportunity to contribute to a Natural Lands stewardship project.  We will spend valuable time connecting with nature each day as we practice yoga and mindfulness, take hikes and climbs and develop our team building skills with fun and energizing games and activities.

Code Ninjas @Downingtown offers a wide variety of incredibly fun hands-on learning experience for children ages 6-14. Our Summer Camps cover engaging topics from game customization to electronics and Robotics to 3D printing, providing our campers an enriched content for STEM Education. Through hands-on activities and historic skills, campers explore colonial history in an immersive, interactive, and fun environment. 

Each week centers on a different theme, with activities that may include hearth cooking, textile work, gardening, blacksmithing, candle making, and caring for the farm’s heritage-breed animals. 

Campers gain new skills while experiencing the daily tasks that shaped life in early Pennsylvania. 

Camps run Monday through Friday,* 9 AM to 3 PM onsite at Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead in Ridley Creek State Park. Age range is 7-12 and 12-15, depending on the camp week. 

Dragon Gym’s 2026 Summer Camp offers a fun, active, and confidence-building experience for kids all summer long. Our program blends martial arts, fitness, teamwork games, and creative activities in a safe, structured environment designed to help children grow mentally and physically. 

Camp is open to children **ages 4–12**, with **Full-Day** (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) options for ages 6–12 and **Half-Day** options for ages 4–6. Snapology of Downingtown offers engaging, hands-on STEM camps where kids learn through play using LEGO® bricks, robotics, coding, and creative problem-solving. 

Our camps are designed for children ages 5–12, with age-appropriate activities grouped to ensure every camper feels challenged and confident. We offer both half-day and full-day camp options, making it easy for families to choose what works best for their schedule.

Camp themes change weekly, so children can join us for one week or all summer without repeating activities. Soccer Shots has provided a fun, high-energy soccer experience designed to build fundamental skills, confidence, and character in a positive learning environment for over 20 years!
 
Programs are open to children ages 18-months to 8 years old, with age-appropriate activities that are aligned with PA Early Learning Standards to support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
 
Our professionally trained coaches use engaging themes, games, and creative play to teach soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, respect, and effort.
 
Soccer Shots programs consists of weekly sessions held on evenings and weekends and are open to the public. We also offer programs at select schools and daycare locations for children who attend. (You select the program with the best location, day, and time that works for your family!)

No Place Like This Place – Summer at the Y  

Get ready for an epic summer experience with traditional, specialty, sports, teen and adaptive summer camp options from the YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW).

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. United Sports in Chester County, Downingtown, PA creates a summer camp experience unlike any other!
